I actually wrote this song quite a few years ago. It has bothered me for a long time now that our river remains dry for a large part of the year. The river replenishes our water table which the Pecan Groves in the area are depleting rapidly.
This is a remake of my song for our river. . . (the first recording can be found on my website, alisonreynoldsmusic.com)
